Bill4Access was developed by the company FlyConnect from their own needs. It is more then 10 years ago since FlyConnect started with their Billing platform. Since than it is been proven in its function and reliability, and it 's ready for WISP (Wireless Internet Services Provider) with more than a hundred hotspots and thousands of customers. To be able to grow with their own tasks and needs, it was most important for FlyConnect as a WLAN-ISP, to develope a modular structure in the Bill4Access software. Now FlyConnect gives free access of the control software to the public. This required a new creation of the user interface step by step, and today the many functions are implemented. When starting Bill4Access in March 2011 they first made the free version of Bill4Access available for interested parties.
